Timothy McElduff has been the owner and Physical Therapist at Fitness In Therapy since 2011. Tim grew up playing lacrosse, football and basketball in Mountain Lakes, NJ and continued to play lacrosse at Ithaca College where he graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
 

Tim has lived in Sea Girt for more than 20 years with his wife Michelle and their three children. He enjoys an active lifestyle including spending time outdoors with his family hiking, biking and going to the beach.

Tim has almost 30 years experience as a Physical Therapist helping patients of all ages with a wide range of rehabilitation needs including orthopaedics, geriatrics, pain management, sports & industrial injuries in various settings. His focus is utilizing his knowledge and years of experience to help patients reach their full potential and return to the activities they enjoy and their best quality of life.
