Exercising under the MEDICAL SUPERVISION of a licensed
physical therapist will allow low back pain sufferers to have
a complete UNDERSTANDING and KNOWLEDGE of correct body
mechanics and posture. |

EFFECTIVE physical therapy interventions:
AEROBIC TRAINING to improve cardiovascular fitness and assist
in weight reduction.
MODALITIES to decrease muscle pain and spasm.
AQUATIC THERAPY to increase mobility and decrease pain. |

Upon discharge patient will be scheduled for 2, 4, and 6 week
FOLLOW UP VISITS. ALL HOME EXERCISES will be REVIEWED,
MODIFIED, and ADVANCED. All difficulties will be addressed.
Patient will also receive a COMPLEMENTARY work out with a
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER at Wings Adult Fitness, according
to our design. |

strength. Video Analysis by a PGA professional reviewing the
biomechanics of your grip, address position, backswing, impact
and follow through. A review of your swing restrictions and
the tissue involvement. Personalized Performance Plan that may
include soft tissue mobilization techniques to improve
flexibility. Specific exercises for golf muscles to develop
strength, power, and endurance. Golf Specific drills to
decrease stress and strain on the spine and extremities.
