Post Surgery Rehab

Part of the recovery to wellness is to resume normal activities...work, childcare and hobbies

Without a structured exercise program you may have the tendency to increase body fat, lose muscle mass and develop decreased endurance. After an initial evaluation, we will devise a program comprised of flexibility, strengthening, aerobic and interval training. These activities will have the goal of helping you return to the
“important” things of life.

Post Cancer Surgery/Treatment Rehab

Some chemo and radiation patients may have Muscular wasting and disuse atrophy, Lack of Coordination, Pain in limbs or Edema.

Based on an evaluation by a Licensed Physical Therapist, we can tailor an exercise program to improve physical function and quality of life

Exercise may help lessen the effects of cancer fatigue, and improve muscular imbalances.
